Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Cloverwood Studio handles information when you use Starfall Rescue on Apple devices.

1. Data collected by Cloverwood Studio

Cloverwood Studio does not operate an account system, advertising network, analytics service, or tracking backend for Starfall Rescue. The app does not send gameplay telemetry, advertising identifiers, contact information, or location data to Cloverwood Studio servers.

2. Data stored on your device

Starfall Rescue stores game progress, settings, unlock state, and other gameplay state locally on your device using Apple platform storage. This information is used only to provide game functionality. Cloverwood Studio cannot remotely access that local data.

Depending on your Apple device and backup settings, Apple may include app data in device or cloud backups under Apple’s own terms and privacy practices.

3. Apple services

The app uses Apple StoreKit to offer and verify optional in-app purchases. Purchases are processed by Apple. Starfall Rescue receives the transaction and entitlement information needed to unlock purchased content; Cloverwood Studio does not receive your payment-card details.

If you use Game Center, the app may read Game Center authentication status and submit supported game results to Apple’s Game Center service. Game Center is provided and operated by Apple. Cloverwood Studio does not run a separate server copy of your Game Center account data.

4. Tracking, advertising, and third-party analytics

Starfall Rescue does not use third-party advertising SDKs, cross-app tracking, or third-party analytics SDKs. Cloverwood Studio does not sell personal data collected through the app.

5. Retention and deletion

Local gameplay data remains on your device until it is reset, removed by the operating system, or the app is uninstalled, subject to your Apple backup settings. Starfall Rescue includes a reset control in Settings for local game settings and progress supported by that control.

Purchase history and Game Center information are managed by Apple. You can manage those services through your Apple Account and Apple device settings. Restoring purchases may re-establish entitlements associated with your Apple Account after local app data is removed.

6. Children’s privacy

Starfall Rescue does not require a Cloverwood Studio account and does not include targeted advertising or developer-operated user profiling. If Apple services are used, their availability and data handling are governed by the Apple Account and device settings in use.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when Starfall Rescue changes. The effective date above will be updated when a revised policy is published.
